The buttons themselves were black, featureless, 4-hole buttons that appeared to be ½" in diameter.

These may have been the same buttons used on the back waist straps on the corresponding jumpsuit, but that's admittedly just speculation on our part. (After all, those did sometimes have a copper/bronze look.)
